Best smoothie I've ever had. Lovely people that own it too.
I'll be going back for not only the smoothie but for the teas and I'll be purchasing the turmeric products as well after talking to the owner.

This place has the best smoothies in Round Rock! I am obsessed with there Pumpkin Protein Smoothie. It tastes just like pumpkin pie.

The owner is an extremely kind and knowledgeable man. He has given me samples of new things to try when I pick up an order. The turmeric drink he has formulated is superb and healthy!

The only downside is sometimes they are not open the hours listed online.

Their hours are incorrect. Drove all the way over here for a pumpkin smoothie because I'm pregnant and had a pumpkin craving but unfortunately they aren't open. The gym staff said that they aren't even always there, and that I'd have to catch them on a good day to even get a smoothie.

Let me start by saying Mr. Sharma is amazing. He really knows what he's talking about. This place is miles better than any chain juice/smoothie place because he doesn't fill his drinks with sugar and other artificial ingredients. He also understands what each ingredient will aid in within your body. Don't be intimidated by the healthy ingredients that sound weird or gross all this drinks I have tried are amazing!

I was gifted the golden turmeric nectar by a friend and I have not looked back since. I order 4 bottles at a time to ensure I never run out. It's delicious and the bonus - the health benefits. I had a tweaked &
painful shoulder muscle which has improved tremendously ever since I started having the nectar. I wish I had a regular access to the cafe to try out their fresh smoothies (I live in San Francisco).

Mr. Sharma is very knowledgeable and provides great customer experience. I HIGHLY recommend this cafe and it's delicious + healthy products.

I went out of my way to get a smoothie from this place because of the great reviews. The owner made my smoothie personally because I couldn't have the protein powder that was already pre-tossed in. I appreciated the customization that he offered. I got the coffee break and forever young. The coffee break was so delicious, I had to stop myself from guzzling it down in a few minutes ! Also you don't have to be a member of the gym to stop in and grab a smoothie!

This place has only ever got 5 stars and there is a reason for that. It is in LA Fitness but don't let that make you not go in. The man is a nutritionist from India and he knows what he is doing. I got the mango smoothie and the mangos he uses are from a special place in India. It was the best I have ever had.

Great smoothies! All natural sugars. Nothing processed!! The owner is a certified nutritionist!

The Choco Smooothie is so good! Healthy and tasty ingredients. Reasonable prices. The owner of this place is very knowledgeable and passionate health and wellness. He is also very willing to educate people on holistic nutrition. The cafe is inside LA Fitness. They also offer turmeric honey and paste and sell it on Amazon and other places as well.

This place is a hidden gem, and I wouldn't have found it without Yelp. It's located inside the Lifetime Fitness, and I'm not a member so I haven't ever had a reason to go in.

I used to juice a lot and still have my juicer, but it's a lot of work that I don't want to do at 5am when I'm getting ready for work. Fortunately for me this place is located just down the street from my station where I am 4 days a week.

This review is for the juice, I haven't tried the smoothies yet, but they look great. The juice was delicious, and made that day. The down side is you can't just go in, pick a juice, and have it made in front of you (like Daily Juice); they have a seasonal juice they make every day, and that's what you get. Also the juice isn't ready until later in the day (around 11/ noon). I like to drink my juice first thing in the morning, so this is a downside. They sell 32oz options that are good for 4 days, so now I just have my juice in the afternoon the first day, and then I have the leftovers in the morning for the next 3 days. The prices are comparable to what you pay for bottled juices in the grocery store, and much better than most places that serve fresh, cold pressed juice.

Also, the owner was really nice, and very knowledgeable.

Edit:
I just went in today after writing this review and the owner has changed his juice method. Now he preps all the fruit and veggies ahead of time (for the 32oz size) and stores them in clear bins in the fridge. Now he juices it fresh when you order it, and it only takes about 5 minutes. Yay!
